Returns and refunds
Digital files. Because they are delivered instantly, digital downloads cannot be returned once downloaded. That said: if a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what the listing described, write to us. We will replace it or refund it. We would rather fix a problem than keep six dollars.
Printed books, apparel and wall art. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, write within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we reprint or refund it, entirely at our cost. Because every item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or a sizing choice, so please check the size chart on each listing before ordering.
Cancellations. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once the file has been downloaded. Printed orders can be cancelled any time before they enter production; message us and we take care of it.
